Three leading real estate associations in Thailand, namely the Thai Condominium Association, the Thai Real Estate Association, and the Housing Business Association, have joined forces to organize the 48th Home and Condo Expo on over 6,000 square meters of space during the final stretch of 2025. Over 150 companies and more than 1,000 projects from across the country are expected to participate. This event is anticipated to create significant momentum, stimulating demand for housing at the end of the year and helping the Thai real estate market confidently move into 2026.

The booth lottery ceremony held marks the beginning of an exciting phase, with record booth reservations and the event space fully booked. Leading real estate firms such as AP (Thailand), Origin Property, Ananda Development, Sansiri, Supalai, Central Pattana Residence, SC Asset Corporation, and Chao Phraya Mahakhan Public Company Limited, along with major operators nationwide, have joined in. Meanwhile, leading financial institutions are collaborating to offer low-interest, quick-approval packages, instilling confidence in consumers to make purchasing decisions for homes and condos more easily. This collaboration between the real estate and financial sectors is expected to support the market's progress at the end of the year.
Mr. Ongkrit Promyothi, the chairman of the 48th Home and Condo Expo, revealed that “Although the real estate market this year has not fully recovered, clear signs indicate that the negative trend is decreasing. Positive factors such as the trend of decreasing interest rates, government measures to reduce transfer and mortgage fees, and the relaxation of LTV regulations are all contributing positively. Especially towards the end of the year, we anticipate that this will be a crucial moment for consumers to decide to buy more, propelling 2026 in a brighter direction.”

“The last event was a historic phenomenon, with total reservations exceeding 20 billion baht, showcasing the power of collaboration among the government, private sector, and consumers. This inspires the 48th event to continue creating ongoing phenomena with new strategies that meet all consumer needs,” Mr. Ongkrit stated.

The 48th Home and Condo Expo is organized under the theme “New Marketplaces, Serve Supply on Every Demand” with the strategy “Fast Track – Expressway for Home Seekers,” designed to make every step of buying a home or condo easier and faster.

Participating operators are offering the strongest promotions in the last 10 years, covering all types of housing, including single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums in every location, style, and price range, targeting various groups from first-time homebuyers to those seeking new residences and investors.

Highlights and special privileges at this year's event include special promotions, discounts, giveaways, and prizes for those who make purchases during the event, as well as the largest price reductions in a decade for ready-to-move-in projects nationwide, along with home loan consultation services from leading banks offering low-interest, quick-approval packages.

Mr. Ongkrit stated, “This year is truly an Outstanding phenomenon, as the event space has been fully booked at 100% capacity, a record high, reinforcing the confidence of operators in the Home and Condo Expo platform. We thank all companies that contribute to driving the Thai real estate market to prominence and sustainability. This excitement also reflects that the Home and Condo Expo is a crucial platform for accelerating year-end transactions for both sellers and buyers. We anticipate that interest will continue to focus on mid-range single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, as well as second-hand homes and mixed-use projects that meet urban lifestyles, with key factors in purchasing decisions remaining price, location, value, environment, after-sales service, safety, and environmental sustainability.”

However, the organizers expect the success of this event to match or exceed the previous one, serving as a significant push for the Thai real estate market to overcome challenges and enter 2026 with improved trends, Mr. Ongkrit concluded.

The 48th Home and Condo Expo will take place from October 30 to November 2, 2025, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, Hall 5, LG floor.
